Retail and Branch Logistics

Retail and branch logistics face specific challenges such as speed, product availability, and space efficiency. We develop concepts to optimize the flow of goods from central warehouses to retail floors, including efficient inventory management and returns processing. Our goal is the seamless integration of online and offline channels (omni-channel systems).
