Modeling is a key tool for managing the complexity of logistics processes. We create precise mathematical and software models to represent real systems, understand their functionality, and predict future states. This includes the development of expert systems and semantic systems for knowledge representation as well as the creation of robust forecasting models for traffic flows or demand trends.
