Economic geography uses modern methods such as GIS (geographic information systems) and location-based services to analyze spatial structures and processes. We assess location factors, optimize distribution areas, and analyze the effects of logistics decisions on regional economic structures. The spatial perspective is often the key to improving efficiency.
